Quest 4 Success is a Northeast Louisiana Non-Profit Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) founded in 2022. Our mission is to develop safe, quality, energy-efficient, affordable housing that empowers low- to moderate-income families to achieve financial stability, community engagement, and long-term well-being.

Our Why
70% of low to moderate-income households spend more than 30% of their income on housing, leaving limited funds for essentials like food, utilities, healthcare, daycare, and education. This is why Quest 4 Success (Q4S) exists. As one of only two Certified Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs) in the Monroe, Louisiana area, Q4S builds safe, high-quality, energy-efficient, affordable homes that provide families with a solid foundation for stability and self-sufficiency.
