Our Mission and Vision
Quest 4 Success is a Northeast Louisiana Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) founded in 2022. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for low to moderate income residents one safe, stable, affordable housing development at a time. Housing directly impacts a family's economical, psychological, and health wellbeing. Our efforts help alleviate the housing stress that burdens parents so that they may better support their families.
About Us
Our "Why"
Research confirms that infant and maternal mortality is highest in the Southeast, hovering between 9.1 and 11.7 percent compared to just 6.8 percent in the rest of the U. S., attributed largely to inadequate housing. Conversely, affordable housing that is free of lead, mold, and other detrimental environmental factors has been shown to be paramount to the healthy, full-term birth of infants and survival of mothers who otherwise would likely succumb to this exposure. Our efforts alleviate the stress that burdens the parents who raise these children and support their physical, socioemotional, and mental health. This is our quest!
